Wollombi Barnstay is pleased to be able to offer our property for a limited number of  private weddings and receptions. Your options are endless and only limited to your imagination.

We pride ourselves in our flexibility. We do not want our brides being stressed. We want them to enjoy themselves and the process.

Wollombi Barnstay is the perfect venue for those who are looking for a relaxed country wedding. Set on a beautiful 100 acres, the property has been meticulously designed and landscaped with over 3000 trees to create a beautiful parkland which will keep getting better and better with age.

New for 2017 and 2018

As always, the Barnstay just keeps on getting better and better with age.

Ready in  Q4 2017 (date of completion to be confirmed) will also be our new wet weather shed ( my husband is so excited  – he has been waiting for this a long time and has even given it a nickname ‘The Woodhouse’).  It will be an elegant timber building with a refined but rustic elegance and has been designed to complement The Barnstay and our beautiful gardens.

Barnstay accommodation with full property use 2017    (valid with bookings made from 9/12/16)

2017/18 Rates : $6000

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the property for private marquee weddings and celebrations ;
  • Accommodation for up to 16 people for 2 nights;
  •  A number of props; and
  • A Barnstay team member to assist you with your needs.

 

Barnstay accommodation with full property use including ‘The Woodhouse’ (2 night stay – Friday – Sunday)

2018 Rate : $11,500

Includes:

  • Accommodation for up to 16 people for 2 nights;
  • Use of The Woodhouse.
  • 20 Wooden tables (each table seat 8);
  • Up to 150 Wooden crossback chairs;
  • 8 bench seats for the ceremony as well as signing table and 2 chairs.
  • Use of fire pit, wood supplied (weather  permitting)
  • Exterior props such as wine barrels;
  • Bar facilities;
  • Use of fridges for storage;
  • Use of PA/audio ;and
  • A Barnstay team member to assist you with your needs
Note: extra tables and chairs can be hired for a charge.

Venue Hire 2018 with ‘The Woodhouse’ (mid week)   

2018 Rate: $8000 (Sunday to Thursday)  – 2 nights stay – inclusions as per above

2018 Rate:$6000 (Sunday to Thursday) – 1 night stay – inclusions as per above except for accommodation is 1 night only.

FAQs

Are there specific set up and pack up times?

At the Barnstay our primary goal is to ensure that you have the most memorable weekend possible.  For that reason we try and allow maximum flexibility.  For marquee weekend weddings, marquee set up and delivery of items such as cool rooms etc can be from any time on Thursday onwards.  Marquee removal is no later than Monday.

Is glamping allowed if some of my guests would like to stay on the property?

Yes it is possible if you have friends who would like to glamp on the property.

Can I come and inspect the property?

Whats is rhe initil deposit to stay at The Barnstay?

A $500 deposit will secure your booking.

What else is required to be organised when getting married at the Barnstay?

For marquee weddings, additional items which will need to be organised including a cool room, generator and portable toilets.

Are you BYO Alcohol for private events held at the property?

Yes for the moment we are BYO alcohol which must be served by RSA licensed wait staff.
